SAPEC needs at least 200 volunteers to facilitate one to two group sessions on Sunday, Aug. 13, and Saturday, Aug. 19. During Hawk Week, all new first year, undergraduate freshmen will participate in Jayhawks Give a Flock (also called Flock), KU's bystander intervention program. The program provides participants with skills and tools to identify behavior that puts others at risk for violence, victimization, or perpetration.Jayhawks Give a Flock is a bystander education and training program developed for college students.
